The desktop laser welding machine delivers with 50 watts good beam power and is characterized by its uniform, powerful, yet soft welding behaviour. The manual welding laser VL 50 has a very spacious working chamber and allows to weld precious metals such as silver and gold due to its powerful laser behaviour. Longer concentrated work is easily possible thanks to the ergonomically designed housing with the well thought-out arrangement of keyboard, display and joystick. The desktop laser VL 50 is a valued tool in the manufacture and repair of dentures and jewelry, in welding on precision parts, medical technology components and sensors, but also when applying materials to small molds.

With the new ALO manual welding laser, you can either work manually or with an axis of rotation for circular welding. The working chamber is easily accessible via leather curtains, but the welding itself still takes place in the shielded laser safety area. The spacious working chamber can be loaded quickly through various openings, without opening doors: a large opening at the front ensures easy access to the welding chamber. The slots on the side enable the operator to position longer components in the machining area and to weld them in a laser-safe manner. Another passage on the bottom of the working chamber allows loading from below. The laser safe leather curtain offers certified laser protection so that the laser device can be placed in any work environment. The armrest is extremely comfortable - ensuring relaxed work. A lot of attention was also paid to good ergonomics. A high-quality extraction system with filter is integrated as standard.

You won’t get it more flexible. The mobile welding laser AL-ARM was developed to quickly and flexibly repair offset seams, pores and penetrations in the car body. The fiber laser system can be positioned quickly and has a long range. The 3D visualization with integrated laser safety glasses enables the user to observe his welding task as well as the surroundings. The welding process is shown enlarged and the process-relevant data is also visible in the image. The handpiece, which is used for welding, is equipped with an automated wire feed and an integrated shielding gas nozzle. It weighs just 1.5 kg and is easy to position. There is no set-up time for welding.

An inexpensive entry-level model for laser welding that offers a lot of flexibility and expansion options. With this laser system you can flexibly weld small and large components. The laser power can be selected with 150 W or 200 W, ideal for welding all common metals quickly and reliably. Various work tables can be placed in front of the lifting column. Or you can weld directly on the pallet truck or pallet. This is possible because the resonator can be turned to the side or even to the back. The resonator, which sits in a slide rail, can also be pulled far forward. We also optionally supply a fixed table top for the lifting column. Operation is intuitive via a touch display. A few helpful apps e.g. for programmed circular welding or shell surface welding support the user at work. The laser system is also expandable.
