Our Premium Reserve 80 Montaneras series is made up of a total of 80 pieces with more than 48 months of slow and deliberate curing in our best granite cellar in Guijuelo under the personal care and supervision of Don Miguel. In addition, our Premium Reserve 80 Montaneras hams, being 100% Iberian breed and fed on acorns, contain the highest percentage of oleic acid (over 56%). In addition, each piece of our Premium Reserve 80 Montaneras is an exclusive piece. A QR code located on the box of each piece allows access to the card with its specific properties such as the date of birth and slaughter of the animal, its weight or the proportions of palmitic, stearic, oleic and linoleic acids.
