The AQUA BLAST wet blasting cabinet is a combination system for degreasing and simultaneous gentle beams of various workpieces. The water - jet mixture is housed in the cabin swamp. This abrasive mixture is sucked in via a novel centrifugal pump of wear-resistant polyurethane. At the jet of compressed air is additionally adjustable added so as to achieve an optimum surface finish. After loading of the workpiece, the blasting medium mixture flows back into the cabin sump and is thus an abrasive circuit ensured. Battered fine abrasive is suspended from the cab sump and fed to a band filter on the cabin back.

Sandblasting Cabinets are designed for dust-free sandblasting of small and medium-sized parts in the cabinet. Air consumption is less compared to pressurized cabins. Thanks to the cartridge filter coupled to the back of the cabinet, a clear view is provided during sandblasting. Steel grit/steel ball-like granules are not used in vacuum blast cabinets! Only suitable for use with aluminum oxide, silica, garnet, glass ball, and plastic granules!

The NORMFINISH NP12 blasting booth is an abrasive projection system with water (wet sandblasting system), suitable for the "soft" finish of parts. Equipped with a special pump that allows a continuous supply of water and abrasive to the stripping nozzle. At the outlet of the nozzle, to the water / abrasive mixture, compressed air is added to increase the speed and additional power of the working mixture. The mixture is collected in a funnel, with pump stirring to keep the abrasive in suspension. Dust-free process Degreasing and sandblasting in one process Low impact on surfaces Smoother surfaces, with less adhesion to contaminants. Dimensions of the blasting chamber (width x depth x height): NP12: 1110 x 885 x 870 mm

WIWOX® DP-EU pressure blasting cabinets clean and process tools and parts in just a few seconds. Fine blasting granulates are shot onto the surface by means of compressed air and remove dirt and corrosion. The blasting nozzle is manually guided during the processing of individual parts. Process automation is also possible. For this purpose, the workpiece or the blasting nozzle is moved by motor. The pressure blasting process is suitable for the removal of all solid, exposed residues and layers, especially on metallic surfaces of production tools and high-quality machine parts. Deburring and finishing of surfaces is also possible. In extensive tests with your tools you can convince yourself of the economic efficiency of our system. We will provide you with a test facility for this purpose after consultation.

We provide stainless steel sandblasting and grinding services to obtain smooth and clean metal surfaces. The stainless steel sandblasting procedure is environmentally friendly and highly efficient. For finishing metal surfaces, Profinox provides glass sandblasting services – a procedure that does not contaminate surfaces with iron. This consists in propelling glass granules in the form of a jet at very high speeds directly onto the surface of metal parts. As one of the most important aspects reflecting the quality of a product is the finish of the product itself, our stainless steel sandblasting service enables us to perform highquality surface machining, as sandblasting with glass granules makes it possible to treat even the most difficult to penetrate areas and gives a clean and smooth look to the product. Another important function of stainless steel sandblasting is to significantly improve the final appearance of the product.
