BelleFlex manufactures Belleville disc springs (Belleville washers) including flange bolting, inch series bolt washers, ball bearing disc springs, metric fasteners, metric series Bellevilles, and custom products. BelleFlex Belleville springs are compliant to DIN specs 2092, 2093, and 6796. BelleFlex stocks a complete line of Belleville disc springs and produces custom products with a size range of 0.236” to 48” O.D. in a variety of materials including steel, INCONEL, MONEL, WASPALOY, HASTELLOY, and titanium. BelleFlex utilizes plating materials, such as clear zinc, yellow zinc, cadmium (cad clear), chrome, and electroless nickel (EN). Coating materials include phosphate and oil, black oxide, and PTFE. BelleFlex can plate or coat with nearly any material required for an application.
