An Egg 400 g. Oil 400 g. Water 100 g. Chef’s Mix Brownie Mix powder mixture, oil, egg and water are all whisked together in a mixer for 5 minutes at a steady normal speed. After having added extra ingredients the muffin cups are filled with the prepared mixture and baked. Oven Temperature:170 -180 °C Baking Time : Depending on the size of the cup approximately 30-35 mins.

Water 550 g. Oil and melted chocolate are combined in mixer. Then, adding Chef’s Mix; Souffle mix, the mixture is whisked together in a mixer for 5 mins at a max speed. Cups are baked in a pre-heated oven after having been filled with the prepared mixture. Oven Temperature: 200-220°C Baking Time : Depending on the size of the cup approximately 10 – 15 mins.
