Portal frame buildings are low-rise steel structures consisting of rafters and columns which are connected to moment-resisting connections for super strength. As a result, they are constructed bay by bay which make them very fast to erect on site. Our modern steelwork fabrication shops have computer-aided design and detailing (CAD), which is linked directly to factory floor computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery, creating a genuine seamless CAD/CAM environment.
