Durondeau pears have a golden bronze skin with a unique granular and acidulous flesh, with a harsh flavor. It is perfect to crunch but also suitable for cooking, since its acidity confers highly developed perfumes. The Durondeau is especially appreciated by connoisseurs. Available from September to December.

The Doyenné du Comice is known as the "queen of pears" by experts. This large pear in the shape of a belly will make a delicious dessert. This yellow green pear often presents a pink side and has an ivory flesh, very juicy, fondant with a unique perfume. Available from September to February.

The Jonagold is the ultimate Belgian variety. This crunchy red apple tinged with green and yellow will delight young and old thanks to its soft and refined taste. You can as well take a bite or cook this sweet and juicy apple. Available almost all year round.
