Barrier Terminal Block (BTB)

Use: Enables neat connection of thermocouple cables to devices or terminal rails. This is advisable particularly in the case of small conductor dimensions. Mechanical design: • Solid thermocouple material.

Use: The arrangement as series terminals allows a large number of connections with a low space requirement. Mechanical design: • Housing of Duroplast. • The design reliably prevents short-circuits. • The terminal width of 5 mm allows the maximum number of connections with the lowest possible space requirement. • Screw connections for easy and quick installation. • Installation parts set available as an accessory, including all additional parts required for rail installation. • Contact bridges of original thermocouple materials.

Use: Panel insert for thermocouple and RTD circuits. Designed to used together with panel sets for assembly to complete standard panels. Mechanical design: • Housing of fibreglass-filled plastic. • Contacts of original thermocouple materials. • Spring-loaded sockets. • Reverse polarity protection by different pin thicknesses. • Moulded barriers prevent short-circuits. • Screw terminals enable quick connection. • Polarity designation next to the connection screws.

Use: Miniature Jack/Socket for thermocouple and RTD circuits. Designed for direct soldering onto printed circuit boards.
