INGENERIC beamPROP The INGENERIC beamPROP is a lens array which matches the beam parameter product (BPP) of the fast and slow axis of high power diode laser arrays. The beamPROP is a key component for the fiber coupling of diode bars dense wavelength beam combining. Both applications make high demands on the components, which are met by INGENERIC’s outstanding manufacturing technology, guaranteeing highest levels of efficiency for diode lasers. Achieve the highest beam quality through the four major features behind the beamPROP: complete utilization of the aperture by minimized transition zones minimum aberrations achieved by highest level of precision and uniformity of single lenslets an exact rotation of the emitter is achieved through the defined center thickness accuracy minimum pointing errors due to an exact position of front and back surfaces

High-precision Aspheres and Acylinders The use of aspheres and acylinders offers substantial advantages: minimization of aberrations, increase in efficiency, reduction of optical elements and weight of the optical system. With its unique molding technique, INGENERIC combines cost effectiveness with highest serial precision. Molded optics can be structured/curved on one or both sides with a large degree of geometrical freedom and a flexible lateral contour. The lateral dimensions range approximately from 2.0 mm to 5.0 mm. Structures in the sub-millimeter range are feasible. Acylinders with larger dimensions are manufactured by INGENERIC’s well-proven grinding and polishing technology. The dimensions of these large acylinders can reach 60.0 mm in length and 120.0 mm in height. This technology is particularly adept for the manufacture of fused silica optics for applications with high power densities. Advantages superior image quality freedom of design free form surfaces integrated...

Microlens-Arrays with superior form accuracy are used for applications, where reliability and highest efficiency are crucial criteria. They range from beam transformation for fiber coupling over the homogenization of laser light up to the efficient combination of laser stacks of identical wavelength. The lateral dimensions of the arrays range from some millimeters in the micro-scale up to 30 millimeters for the macro-scale. The dimension of the array structures are typically in the sub-millimeter-range. With its unique production technique, INGENERIC is able to keep the form accuracy of the arrays within the submicron range. Advantages superior beam shaping efficient transformation and homogenization monolithic structure highes transmission due to minimized transition zones typical facet of 400um long term stability
