FG CALCIUM SULFONATE is a high-performance grease specifically designed for applications in the food processing industry, addressing the demands of high-load and humid environments. Formulated with a calcium sulfonate thickener, this grease exhibits a strong affinity for metal, maintains exceptional stability during mechanical operations, and offers excellent lubrication and anti-oxidation properties. Its semi-synthetic base oil not only extends its working temperature range beyond that of typical greases but also ensures performance remains intact between -30°C and 170°C. Carefully balanced additives contribute to outstanding anti-corrosive, anti-oxidant, anti-wear, and extreme pressure-resistant properties, all essential for reliable performance in the most challenging applications.

Hammer Grease is meticulously formulated using a semi-synthetic base oil and a lithium complex soap thickener, imparting excellent resistance to melting at elevated temperatures. Additionally, it features solid additives such as copper and molybdenum disulphide, complemented by a unique EP (Extreme Pressure) additive that endows it with exceptional anti-seize properties, particularly in demanding high-temperature working conditions.

Lithium Complex Synt is a premium grease crafted from synthetic oils based on PAO (Polyalphaolefin) and a thickening agent derived from lithium complex soap. The unique combination of this thickener and carefully chosen additives imbues it with remarkable corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and anti-wear properties. Additionally, it boasts exceptional mechanical stability, adhesion qualities, and resistance to water.

This grease is meticulously formulated from highly refined paraffin-based oils and thickened using lithium soap (hydroxystearate). It incorporates antioxidant, anticorrosive, anti-wear, and extreme pressure additives. Ideal for general industrial greasing purposes. Suitable for use in rolling mills. Effective for lubricating couplings, chains, guides, and shearing bearings. Well-suited for all types of load-bearing and vibration-supporting rollers, including those in iron and steel industry mills, rolling mills, mining, and public works machinery. It operates effectively within a temperature range from -20 ºC to 120 ºC.
