Clarity Research, LLC is a consumer-based marketing research company. We specialize in many kinds of product and marketing research - phone, mail, Internet, event-based studies and product clinics using computerized data collection via hand-held, touch-screen computers. We specialize in survey research studies with consumers. Our forte is complex study designs - figuring out difficult sampling schemes and dealing with complicated survey design and analysis problems. We conduct Internet studies, mail and phone surveys. We also do a lot of face-to-face surveys such as product clinics, classroom-style studies, drive tests, intercept studies in malls, auto shows, conventions and more. We almost exclusively use hand-held, touch-screen computers for data collection in our face-to-face studies. Because of this, we are able to do some pretty interesting things with the integration of graphics, audio and video into our questionnaire designs. We can also turn complex data around very quickly.
