Manufacturer/ Producer
CRAFT bearings was established in 1992 in Lithuania. At first it was a trading company and distributor of CRAFT run that products that supplied multi-purpose bearings, which are successfully used in agriculture, machinery, light, food and household appliances industries. In 2005 CRAFT Bearings company changed its status to become not only a trading but also an industrial organization. With the assistance of our business partners, we invested in efficient automated bearings production and assembly lines. In various countries the company is represented by the subsidiaries and trading partners – distributors. CRAFT products are supplied to the Baltic States, CIS, Europe, Africa, South and North America. COMPETITIVE & CORRECT PRICE - we explore the market, analyze commodity trends & take part in raw materials purchasing and work with low margins, focusing on high turnovers in order to deliver competitive pricing. QUALITY & GUARANTEES - We have modern laboratory and engineering team in Lithuania where we double check all our production. We work to internationally applicable standards (ISO, PPAP, AQL etc.) and our team is constantly developing production processes in our own & partners’ factories. Therefore, we give warranty. ASSORTMENT We have international warehousing system, 8000 positions and ~500 new ones constantly added annually. Working with 80+ countries worldwide, OEM supplier

A specialized design combines an external cylinder with a cylindrical raceway and balls that are incorporated in the retainer, making rotary and linear motion in the axial direction possible simultaneously with rotational motion. Small Rolling Frictional Resistance Incorporating a ball with high accuracy into the precisely polished external cylinder results in small rolling frictional resistance and extremely smooth rolling motion together with reciprocal motion. Low Inertia Since the retainer has high rigidity and is lightweight, it has low motion inertia, making it suitable for rolling motion and reciprocal motion in highspeed operations. A Variety of Models Standard and heavy load models are available, each with different load ratings, and each offered with or without seals. It is easy to choose the right product based on the specifications of your machine or device.

A specialized design combines an external cylinder with a cylindrical raceway and balls that are incorporated in the retainer, making rotary and linear motion in the axial direction possible simultaneously with rotational motion. Super Precision After the raceway surface of the external cylinder and shaft are heat treated, they receive an ultraprecision finish and are set to zero or a slight preload state by incorporating high precision steel balls. This provides extremely high accuracy in both rotary and linear motion. Super Small Size Tiny balls incorporated in a thin external cylinder result in a very small diameter and small sectional height. Since each component is precisely ground and adjusted to ideal preload conditions, extremely smooth and stable operation with low frictional resistance over a long period of time is possible.

Interchange specifications are available. Since the external cylinder and spline shaft dimensions are separate, each can be individually added or exchanged. Two external cylinder shapes are available standard (cylindrical) and flange. External Cylinder Length Both the standard type and flange type offer two external cylinder length options, standard and highrigidity long. They can be used for a wide range of applications offering greater design flexibility. Solid Shaft and Hollow Shaft The spline shaft is available in either a solid shaft or hollow shaft, which can be selected according to the application. Stainless Steel A stainless steel spline shaft can be selected as an option. They are best suited for applications where rust prevention oil cannot be used, such as in a cleanroom environment.

CLube Linear Ball Spline MAG incorporates CLube in the IKO Ball Spline G. MAG is used primarily in semiconductor/liquid crystal related manufacturing equipment where harsh operating conditions and high acceleration/deceleration are common. CLube provides longterm, maintenance free operation, and reduces the cost of the whole system by eliminating the oil supply mechanism and reducing the running cost and hours required for lubrication.
