Irrespective of the application, Axon' is able to offer cable assemblies and interconnect systems terminated with different types of connectors including miniature Micro-D connectors,D-Sub connectors, coaxial connectors or rugged MIL-DTL-38999 connectors. From one-off demand to mass production, Axon' Cable is able to deliver cable assemblies including single and multi-branched harnesses. The company is able to offer custom designed interconnect solutions for high tech applications including aeronautics, defence, space, oil& gas, medical, general industry,etc. Axon' harness capability consists of highly skilled operators trained to IPC/WHMA-A-620. Axon' has a long-standing experience in the fields of RF and EMI protection as well as in overmoulding techniques.

Axon' has developed Axovolt®, a new range of high voltage cables and cable assemblies for challenging environment. These miniature interconnect solutions are able to be used up to 20 kVDC for the cables and 12 kVDC for the cable assemblies. They are designed for high voltage applications and reduced atmospheric pressure. ITAR-free, they are manufactured in France. Axovolt® cable assemblies are made with 22AWG, 24 AWG or 26 AWG wires insulated with FEP. They can be terminated with plug connector or receptacles. This is an ideal solution for Defence onboard electronics used by pilots in aircrafts.

Axostrip® is a range of flat cables with round pins which can be soldered or inserted to achieve board to board interconnections. They are made with tin plated copper conductors insulated with polyester or polyimide. These Round-end Flat Cables (RFC) are characterized by their high resistance to bending and vibration. Their insertion is fast and easy.

FDC-Flat Display Connections, axolink® consist of flat flexible cables and connectors. They have been designed for connections of flat displays including HD screens. A special range of Axolink® has also been developed for connecting full HD displays with LVDS (Low Voltage Differential Signal). These miniature connections are made with 0.50 mm, 1.00 mm and 1.25 mm pitch flat flexible cables. They can be terminated with connectors such as DF-9, DF-19, FI-SE or FI-X at one or both ends.
