The NCP565D2T12G is a 1.2V, 1.5A linear voltage regulator from ON Semiconductor. It is a low-dropout (LDO) regulator with a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 18V. It features a low quiescent current of only 10μA and a fast transient response. The device is available in a D2PAK package and is ideal for applications requiring low power consumption and high accuracy.
