Description

Chinese chestnut, also called chestnut and castanea mollissima, is Castanea species of fagaceae, with abundant nutrition, higher vitamin C content than tomato, complete mineral substances including potassium, zinc and ferried. It has spherical shell, with diameter of 3 ~ 5 cm and 2 ~ 3 nuts in its shell. After mature, it will be broken into four cloves; the nut is hemispheric or oblate, with dark brown and diameter of 2 ~ 3 cm.
