Paints and coatings, sealing and insulating materials, coatings, chocolate masses, dairy products, personal care and many other products are produced on process systems from our company. The efficiency and effectiveness of your manufacturing processes can be significantly increased with the help of individually built process plants. Customized process plants are used by our customers worldwide. Container systems, which can be used flexibly at different locations, are available as well as our skidded units, which are completely frame-mounted and automated production units. Recipe control, visualization, weighing, measurement and control technology, containers and piping, CIP systems - all plants are completely assembled in our factory. After a test run under production conditions they are accepted by you. Our technicians are available to you on site for installation, commissioning and service.

When it comes to hygiene, the stainless steel lifter meets the rigorous requirements of food, cosmetics, chemical and pharmaceutical production (IP66). This is due to its elaborately electropolished surface finish that permits only minimal particle adhesion. Thanks to numerous manual and electric lifters, the E300 can be used for a wide range of applications, including handling drums, tubs and vessels up to a height of 2.35 metres. For example, it can be used as an efficient reel lifter with a boom or roller grab, as a drum tipper or for stacking crates using a fork. The E300 lifter makes it possible to grip, lift, turn and tip very heavy loads of up to 300 kg. The E300 is also equipped as standard with a removable battery unit and antistatic ESD wheels to prevent discharge.

They consist of project related system solutions which can be integrated in every production process. Our devices have already been implemented for handling bagged products such as sugar or cement. But also in goods handling and storage of consumer goods and beverages, when turning sheet metal or paper sheets for processing on both sides, our application orientated devices are in great demand. The majority of our equipment is driven by a hydraulic power unit. They can be controlled automatically, semiautomatically or manually and so optimally adjusted to the customer requirements.

As a supplier of complete systems, TRAPO AG supplies modular High-Performance-Pick & Place-Systems that combine components such as robots, frame units, camera systems and conveyor technology. The modular system can be adapted to different framework conditions and thus covers almost any application. The TRAPO HPPS series forms the heart of the modular picker cell. The high-performance picker line combines maximum performance, individual TRAPO gripper technology and proven know-how, for example in the field of hygiene design.
