The combination of different fiber diameters allows us to design and manufacture progressive filter media in 3D. Our filter media products are exclusively manufactured on production machines designed and built inhouse. Thus we can offer a high flexibility as well as possible customized developments.We offer various media series for different areas of applications (for example automotive, HVAC, industrial and medical applications).

In the field of highly efficient filter materials, we have developed proprietary synthetic filter media produced with various fiber diameters and available in different grammages. With a particle separation of up to 99,99%, our media also feature a low pressure drop together with high softness. Due to endless fibers no fiber shedding occurs. We support our customers with filter media material as roll goods for respirator masks or pleatable material.

Our MiniPleat products are pleated on inhouse designed pleating machines and feature exceptional strength, efficiency, dust holding capacity and low air flow resistance. We offer our MiniPleats in several pleat heights and tested according to various standards (EN779, ISO16890, Ashrae 52.2). Our MiniPleats, utilized in panel filters, are deployed in a variety of applications where technical reliability and a long service life is a must.

Our synthetic 3Vcell excels in its technical performance and is tested according to various standards (EN779, ISO16890, Ahsrae 52.2). The Vcells are widely used in air conditioning and ventilation industry and process filtration thus an excellent choice for tough applications. IREMA 3Vcells feature a highly improved filter lifetime and energy efficiency.
