Impulse sealer ME-FC with cutter

The ME-FD double Impulse sealers with pedestal incorporate twin elements (top and bottom) for heavy-duty applications and can accommodate up to 0.5mm material. Makes a 5 mm wide seal and fuses the material from both sides. Ideal for sealing large heavy bags. Also equipped with slide switch to select single side sealing or double sides sealing. By having a foot control, the hands are free to feed the machine. Units come complete with pedestal, stand, adjustable working plan and adjustable foot control. The sealing time is adjustable with a timer and is indicated by a light. Easy and simple to operate. No pre-heating required. Maximum seal thickness 0,25 mm. (0,50 mm total).

Semiautomatic table top version or with pedestal sealing machine with electrical pedal and double sealing impulse bar, (resistance to heat for a few seconds), suitable for closing envelopes polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, coupled in aluminum, etc. The closing of the sealing bars by pressing the electric pedal with solenoid allows the operator to have both hands free. The timers for adjusting the sealing and cooling ensure maximum reliability of each type of material. Simple to use, requires no preheating. The double sealing bar (above and below) and the sealing of 5 mm. allows the closing of envelopes with thick, laminated bags and bellows. Through a selector switch, you can choose whether to use one or two sealing bars. Maximum solderable thickness 0.25 mm. (0.50 mm. overall). It's also available the model ME 6010 FDA / FDV with 600 mm sealing bars and 10 mm welding.

Table top sealer with electric foot pedal and impulse seal suitable for the closures of envelopes in heat-sealable plastic material such as polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, etc. The foot pedal with magnet hold downd closure, allows the operator to have both hands free. Simple to use and does not require preheating.

Impulse sealers MG 820 series, with 820 mm sealing bar and suitable for sealing polyethylene, pvc and polypropylene bags. They have a special timer for adjusting the sealing time based on the thickness and type of material. The MG sealers are complete with a manual cutting unit for the trimming of the sealed bags and/or the creation of bags from tubular reels (if the machine is equipped with a roll holder). The sealers bars must be closed manually by the operator and are automatically held by a magnet until the end of the cycle. There are special supports with mechanical pedal, for the manual sealing machine and with electric pedal for the sealing machine with motorized bar closing.
