>> Dimensions 199 x 34 x h 109 cm Manual nesting system, Usually used by poultry producers of organic eggs and breeding farms. It has 2 floors and a total of 12 compartments. Produced from galvanized stainless metal, the front steps of the nest are made of wood material. Manual nesters, leaning against the wall or brought back to back. Chickens lay eggs, eggs accumulate in nest boxes, so that eggs do not encounter any problems such as breakage and contamination. the labor force of the producer is reduced to a minimum, making it easier for the eggs to collect. Eggs are slid from the eyes with the help of tape and collected in the channel in the back of the nest. The producer can reach all the eggs from the rear channel instead of collecting them individually. • Easy to use and clean. • Provides extra ventilation thanks to the compartments. • Eliminates the labor force. • The eggs are kept clean and healthy. • No breaks when eggs are not collected daily.

Water is distributed with square pipe that is passing from middle cells through the system. There are 2 pieces of stainless layer nipple every 60 cm that right cell and left cell. V shaped drip gutter is placed under the water line. There is manure belt under every tier. 1mm polypropylene manure belts with its strong support system transports the manure to out of the system. Eggs are collected by an elevator that goes up and down the tiers. There are egg belts at right and left of the system and at every tier. First quality materials are used in our control system which are manure, feeding and egg collection.
