We offer flap bags in different variations and formats. In the standard program you have the choice between slanted and straight flaps, resealable or permanent closure. Other variants are, for example, flap bags that are punched, blocked, perforated, needled, etc. The flap bags are particularly characterized by their tear resistance, flexibility and stability. They are freezable from a material thickness of 50 my, they can even be used in the food sector. Can supply: LDPE FILM aprox. 98% CLEAR / 5% COLOR BALES SCRAP / WASTE. Mix post commercial and post industrial. Foreign bodies aprox. 1-2% (paper, stickers, tapes etc.), moisture aprox. 1-2% (open storage). Can load in 1x40HC container aprox. 26 MT (± 10%) net. Ready for shipment. Our LDPE regranulates are suitable for film application and are tested on our extrusion lines. Only industrial waste is used in our plant and is sorted and washed before entering the EREMA recycling line. In general, material is mixed in a homogenizing silo of 50 m3, one batch equals 23,5 tonnes. Standard delivery is in big bags (1000 - 1200 kg / BB), 23,5 t per shipment and materials are usually available within 14 days after order confirmation. We have some materials always on stock and available immediately – please always check with us.

LDPE regranulate with EuCertPlast certificate, produced from 100% PCR waste material, for blowing films. MFI range from 0.5 to 1.0 adapted to customer's specification. The raw material is proper filtered, very clean, double degassed, homogeneous and has a low process smell level. Can be adapted to other applications, production of cast foil or injection. Quality confirmed for each batch of the product.
