We offer two variations of Phenolic Plywood cut to size, the “standard” mesh patterned board and the Hexagon faced version. The Mesh faced Birch Plywood is available in 12, 15 & 18mm thick boards whilst the Hexagon faced Birch Plywood is currently only available in 18mm. Phenolic faced Birch Plywood is perfect for a wide range of uses including but not limited to the following… Router jigs and router table tops. Workbench tops. Anti Slip Van floors. Van racking and storage, Replacement trailer flooring. Bespoke camper van interiors. Replacement deck for crawler boards. 18mm Phenolic Faced Plywood The mesh version of the 18mm Phenolic faced Plywood is stocked here, at our premises in Northampton. If you are fortunate enough to live close by, or are happy to drive to Northampton, we can cut your 18mm Phenolic Plywood panels for same day or next day collection.
