The wholesale sector is supplied with prime cuts and specialties, different packs, along with the above. Optimeat’s group has an EU approved cutting and packing plant, where carcasses and cuts are deboned, portioned and packed for the retail market, as supermarkets, outlets, restaurants, hotels and catering. The Optimeat’s group has an EU approved coldstore, in the center of Bucharest and has the logistic system for distribution.
