FLOOR SCALES "FLOOR" SERIES FPFL - WEIGHT INDICATORE EXCLUDED The FLOOR series scales are normally used in industrial and commercial areas of all kinds for weighing pallets, boxes or packages. They can be installed in the floor or on an already existing packaging lines. The scales are available in standard version or with approved CE-M load cells for sale to third parties. TECHNICAL FEATURES PLATFORM WEIGHING · Fitted with 4 shear-beam load cells of 350 ohm nickel-plated steel, approved according to OIML R60 C3 standards (3000 divisions), IP67 protection. · Monoblock tubular oven-painted steel, with adjustable resting feet and level. · Lobed fixed load floor, sheet steel. · Power Max. 15 Vdc. · Hermetic junction box, IP67 wiring with 3m shielded cable for connection to the indicator. WEIGHING BARS FPPMB SERIES - INDICATOR EXCLUDED Pair of weighing bars suitable for weighing boxes or pallets such as hoppers, conveyor belts, roller conveyors, tanks, crates, etc. They can be applied in packaging lines for weighing boxes and pallets pre-filled with material. CE-M verifiable standard version for sale to third parties. TECHNICAL FEATURES - Functioning with 4 shear-beam approved IP68 stainless steel load cells (PMBL) and with 2 approved off-center aluminum load cells (PMBS-PMBM-PMBX), according to OIML R60 standards with protection against dust and humidity according to IP65 standards (350 Ohm input resistance). The price indicated refers only to weighing bars. The photos are purely indicative and show the various applications of the bars (*) CE-M divisions obtainable only with the relative options, combined with our indicators.

Box weighing system to be integrated in manual idle lines When the box is positioned on the weighing station, the operator can read and check the weight of the products inserted in the box before placing it on the pallet and thus avoid errors or returns of the goods. In this way the operator can view the result of the weighing on the weight indicator without having to lift the packages to weigh them. The weight indicator is usually installed on a vertical post clamped to the structure of the roller conveyor. In this way the indicator remains positioned vertically and it is very easy for the operator to read the weight. The standard version foresees the installation of the basic DFWL indicator. On request it is possible to install the 7-key indicator also with DFWKPXP printer. The rollers used for the roller conveyors have a diameter of 50 mm and a pitch of 75 mm
