State Joint Stock Foreign Trade Company "O`zmarkazimpeks" is affiliated into the Ministry for Foreign Economic Relations, Investment and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The core business of the company is export of Uzbek cotton fiber. Annual export of Uzbek cotton fiber constitutes up to 350`000 MT. Along with this, the company exports textile goods made from cotton, including yarn, fabrics and apparels. Another export position is copper in cathodes of grade MOK and MOOK (Cu 99.99%) and copper wire. The company exports Uzbek wheat and flour primarily to neighbor countries (Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Iran). Another part of the company activity is import of different goods as per order of the Ministry. The import list includes such goods as equipment for food processing, sewing machinery, cattle, construction materials, soybeans, food oil and some others. Simultaneously the company is engaged into investment activity in different projects developed in Uzbekistan.
