Tecnowall concrete panels

The 6W64 wall consists of very thin reinforced concrete elements that, by alternating voids and fills** during fitting, create a set of pots to be filled with soil; more than 50% of the front surface consists of exposed soil which is arranged according to its natural sloping angle. The foundation elements rest on a concrete slab or on prefabricated elements; they are fitted by alternating right and left elements** and fixing is ensured by steel bars. The fill-in soil shall be green, rich in humus or in any case so as to ensure taking root of vegetation. The soil filling and compacting (to be accomplished by poleaxe) shall be performed every other layer of the structure, in order to let the soil fill completely the space available. It is preferable to fit an automatic sprinkler system during the mounting phase: the low cost is appropriately offset by the saving of maintenance costs and by the advantages in terms of sound-proof performance and appearance.
