Description

Ingredients: 60% turkey meat, 30% veal, cow's milk, spices and herbs mixture, table salt, soy protein, stabilizer E 262, E 331, maize starch, antioxidant E 300, dextrose. Preparation: Kebab in frozen raw state in a suitable therefor Grill clamp and heat well. With from about 280 to 300 °C in 4 to 6 minutes a suitable knife cut down in layers. Serving suggestions: Kebab traditionally by anatolian style with wheat groats from the stone mill and flat bread by peasants style and salad garnish served by anatolian style with kebab sauce by oriental style. Note: May contain traces of mustard seed, soy, gluten and celery. Manufactured processed in an operation of sesame. After this thawing do not refreeze. Completely by heating before consumption.
