Customers become satisfied customers when their returns are quickly accepted and they are speedily refunded. However, when they experience that the return logistics take a lot of effort and/or time, customers may become annoyed and never buy from you again. This is why it’s important to have efficient returns logistics in place – or to outsource your returns to a partner who can handle these efficiently for you. If you outsource your fulfilment to Monta, you have two options for managing your returns.
