Our company is producing castings from gray cast iron, ductile cast iron and steel cast iron as well. Our production is over 9000 tons per year and our foundry is focused on batch production of castings in weight category 10-300 kg with wall thickness min. 8 mm. Assortment of produced castings: - castings for machinery and agricultural - parts of axles, brake drums, housings - transmission and gear box parts - castings for the railway program - castings for hydraulic system Way of moulding: • the moulding sand–bentonite The mechanical moulding • the automatic moulding "GEORG FISHER" with dimension of moulding frame 1200x1000x350/350 • one couple of Forromat 30 with dimension of moulding frame 900x500x200/200, 300/300 • one couple Retopress 40 with dimension of moulding frame 900x800x200/200x300/300 The hand moulding • dimensions of moulding frame from 550x550 to 2500x2500 • the moulding sand-bentonite and bentonite combinated with the water glass
