Our company was established in 1991 year as Koramex - join stock company. The main products are the switchboard boxes for railway wagons, locomotives, trams, trolley buses, as well as special boxes for power, including nuclear. We are using sheet metal working, bendinf and welding. We also supply the finished product for e.g.: - frames for filling glass fibers, agricultural machinery parts and components for locomotives, trams, metro wagons etc.. Equipments for technological operations : Cutting CNC machine, Laser CNC TRUMPF machine (2x), CNC pressbrakes (4x), CNC saw machine, CNC machining Center (5-axis), CNC punching, press machine, welders, spot welder machine, own powder coating and wet painting. Koramex a.s. currently employs 210 workers. Main customers in the Czech republic : ZAT Controls Systém a.s., ŠKODA Electric, ŠKODA Transportation, ŠKODA Machine Tool, ŠKODA JS, České dráhy (Czech railways), SWAC Bohemia, Elektrizace železnic, ČKD Elektrotechnika a.s., Invelt Energo spol. s r.o. Abroad : Faiveley s.a., ABB, SIEMENS, MELECS, Bucheler a.g., AREVA We bought last year (2015) new machines from Trumpf company (CNC laser machine and CNC bending machine. HPFM succeed in public tenders which were published by bigger steel producer in Czech republic - company ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s.. We won in two projects named "Dedusting of wagon tipplers" and "Reduction of fugitive emissions from manipulation and cooling of sinter at sinter plant south". Both projects will improve air conditions in our region. We realise both projects as "turn key" project as a leader of consortium. Our goal is tu supply wery new technologies and full automatic system of control and measurings. Products: design engineering activity, execution of turnkey projects, coking, metallurgy, power engineering, audits, consultancy, documentation EIA, chemical production, chemical plants.
