Young specialists - graduates of the Kuzbass State Technical University work in the Design Department of the Innovative Transport Plant, highly qualified mechanics and welders of argon-arc welding are engaged in the assembly of air all-terrain vehicles. Protection of patents for technical inventions is provided by the Federal Service for Intellectual Property. The success of constant research activities in the field of innovative transport designing for the Arctic is confirmed by the annual registration of new patents - there are already 38 patented innovations, and dozens of new inventions are awaiting registration in the near future.

Krasnodar Plant of Boiler and Power Equipment (KZKEO) produces boilers, ECO-PAR steam generators for industrial applications, and modular steam and hot-water boiler units on their basis.
