SmartLift CASA 1000 is a new innovative lift for residential use. It can be installed indoor for maximum lift height up to 1000 mm as well as outdoor. It is suitable for places where you need a lift for wheelchairs but dont want the lift to take up much floor space. This lift takes up only around 34 cm x 113 cm and the controlbox including hydraulic pump and electricity can be placed on a separate place, even several meters away. The lifting frame and body is zinced and on top of that it is also powder coated and heated up. This treatment makes it to resist different chemicals and of course moisture and water without corrosion. Same treatment is used on lifts for pools. Also the electrical and hydraulic unit are placed in IP rated enclosures, and depending on the need, the IP rating of these enclosures and controls can be as high as IP67. This SmartLift Casa 1000 is operating on 230V AC but this means this electrical power is used only for charging the 12V 60A battery. If you need it to operate on 110VAC we can simply replace the batterycharger into that voltage. The hydraulic pump operates from a 12V 60A batterypack that operates even with no charging attached to it making it independent in power failure situations. When power from utility comes back, the battery will again go back to charging mode and you have soon a full battery charged.
