Our unique selling point is the unique laser weld seam, which results in a large connection cross-section and a small heat-affected zone. The plate package is therefore ideally equipped for withstanding adverse conditions like large temperature gradients and pressure fluctuations. Development, production and sales take place at the Schwerin site. Plate heat exchangers from GESMEX Exchangers are used all over the world. Many different designs are possible. Our equipment can be used as evaporators, condensers, heat exchangers, recuperators, absorbers and other customer-specific solutions. The range of products offered by A.Mauri comprises special profiles made using a cold-forming of sheet steel, cold rolled steel, zinc-plated and Sendzimir-coated steel, stainless steel and brass and aluminium. Products are made from plans provided by client, developed in partnership with our design office, to meet the needs of the automotive, construction, marine, electro-technical, heating and furniture industries. Our production lines can handle sheets up to 800 mm wide and thicknesses of 0.3 mm to 4 mm, with a maximum length of 12, 500 mm.
