The Adfil micro synthetic concrete reinforcement portfolio includes a range of high performance monofilament polypropylene fibres. These serve as an alternative to crack control mesh. As such, the fibres enhance the surface properties and durability of cementitious products, significantly reducing the occurrence of plastic shrinkage and plastic settlement cracking.

Crackstop F is is a fibrillated microfibre that reduces the occurrence of plastic shrinkage cracking and plastic settlement whilst enhancing the surface properties and the durability of hardened cementitious products.

The floor panel is a sandwich panel used for floor and roof coverings, whose thickness varies according to the spans and the design loads. This prefab panel, prefabricated in the factory, is generally completed on site by placing concrete into the ribs and upper concrete casting a sort of a disposable, insulating formwork, whose thickness of polystyrene (EPS) varies according to the requirements of insulation and structural resistance. Alternatively, the reinforcement and casting can be done directly in the factory, as for the prefabricated concrete floors. These insulated precast panels are used for floors of structures completely made with panels; floors of buildings made with prefabricated structures, onsite castings or made with metal structure; floors of prefabricated modules.

DECOKRIL FLEX is a waterbased acrylic resin to create highly flexible cementitious waterproof membranes. In addition to exceptional protection, it is able to bridge small cracks through a variety of cementitious substrates. Formulated for use in twocomponent products (preformulated liquid component plus dry cement mix), DECOKRIL FLEX can be used in new and existing concrete structures. This water based fireproofing paint provides protection against fire for up to 120 minutes. The paint is intumescent and expands to provide insulation against fire. The paint is brushed on to the surface, where is cures to form an uninterrupted layer. The paint is flame retardant and when in contact with flame, expands due to a chemical reaction, preventing the surface from reaching the critical temperature. The paint is also water resistant but allows for the permeability of water vapour. Thanks to this quality, the surface upon which the paint is applied is able to breathe. The paint may be used on wood, concrete, prefabricated and steel structures to great effect. These blocks could be produced as plain, with tongue & groove or with carrying hollow. EGE Gazbeton wall blocks are also preferred in the first place for the fire walls with its property of A1 fire class. EGE Gazbeton Wall blocks are produced according to EN 771-4 standard.
