The intrinsic quality of the various components, sub-assemblies and software is checked at each stage of design and manufacturing. During the pre-validation phases, performance, durability, and efficiency goals are meticulously assessed and cross-checked with the obligations defined in the specifications. These efficiency targets are cross-referenced and verified with our customer upon commissioning of the equipment, following the implementation of a duly developed validation protocol.

Particular Challenges of the Application: By tactile equipment, determination of the deepest point on a rough metal surface is neither simple or precise. As a consequence, often either too much material is removed, or the surface is still covered with defects which have to be eliminated by a following milling cycle. The equipment is arranged in parallel, so that the complete width of the slabs is covered. The sensors are calibrated to a common coordinate system and mounted on a movable gantry. Before measurement, the slabs are fixed in place. The scanners mounted on the gantry are guided over the measuring object, driven by an electric motor. The point cloud recorded by the four scanners is consolidated in a PC by means of the QuellTech image processing software which calculates the difference between highest and lowest point of the corresponding surface and compensates for possible inclination of the slab (detrending).

We have a skilled quality control team and a laboratory that enables us to carry out trials and tests to ensure the quality of raw materials and finished products. As soon as we receive the raw materials, we carry out the necessary tests to ensure that they comply with the specifications provided by the suppliers. The typical inspection of incoming goods includes a check of freight documents, a type and quantity check, as well as a visual check for any defects and transport damage. We also offer customerspecific product tests, such as humidity readings, reference sample tests or testing for customerspecific attributes.

The depth catch net with large net is ideal for sampling solids and organisms below the water surface. The sampler is particularly suitable for sampling from basins, tanks, shafts, open waters, etc. Sample depths of up to 6 m can be reached with the length-adjustable aluminium telescopic rods. The TeleSchöpfer telescopic rod with tools is a versatile sampling system. The interchangeable tools (angle cup, pendulum cup, bottle holder, stainless steel cup and landing net) are suitable for a wide range of applications. The tools are firmly connected to the telescopic rod by a practical snap connection.

The SiloPicker is ideal for taking bulk goods samples from silos. Using the extension rods, samples can be taken from depths down to 3.5 m. The insertion depth depends on the density of the bulk goods.

Different tools can be attached to the telescopic rod (snap-in joint). The individual rods have been provided with an end stop. This means that one rod cannot accidentally slip out of another rod. The sample containers sterile are sterilised by irradiation and correspond to a sterility assurance level Sterile SAL 10-3 (according to ISO 11137) inside. The handy and universally applicable sample jar is easy to fill, smooth-walled and free of undercuts, therefore it can be emptied completely. It is an excellent universal container for all liquid and solid contents. The attached lid of the sample container can be opened with one hand and fixed at a 90° angle. This leaves the other hand free to take samples. Liquid/condensate in the lid runs into a collecting channel integrated in the lid, nothing is lost, nothing can drip off. The sample boxes are closed while hot during production. Due to this process, the sample boxes close absolutely tightly, as the lid and box adapt optimally during the cooling process. The sample container made of PP is highly transparent, the contents of the container can be easily recognised.

Robust pendulum cup made of stainless steel V2A (1.4301) for industry and water treatment. The cup automatically swings into the horizontal position. This means that nothing can spill. The small diameter (Ø 130 mm) also makes it suitable for deep and narrow shafts. Novartos Uno sampler with two or three sample chambers, for one sample zone. Novartos the Pharma zone sampler for sampling according to FDA guidelines for Unit-Dose-Sampling. It is now possible to withdraw a double- or triple-sample without inserting the lance repeatedly into the bulk material. Mixing is mainly prevented in this way. One significant advantage of Novartos is the easy cleaning. Complete filling and emptying of sample chambers has been improved substantially using computer-optimised geometry. There are no crevices or dead spaces where sampling residues can collect.

When sampling bulk goods with a high specific weight, conventional scoops subject the user‘s wrist to great stress. EasyScoop with its centrally arranged inner grip is ergonomically designed and ensures easy and safe work. As EasyScoop is considerably shorter than conventional scoops, it is easier to take samples from narrow containers.

The scratcher is a special sampler for powders and granules that do not flow freely. The sample is transferred to the closable inner tube using a scraper. Sliding PTFE separators are used to divide the inner tube into different zones. The separators also prevent the sample from being mixed.

It is possible to take multiple samples from bulk goods with this sampler quickly and easily. Emptying has been greatly simplified and in this model takes place via the tip. The advantage: The sample can be emptied directly into the sample container without having to disassemble the EasySampler, in order to obtain a mixed sample for instance. The bulk material must be free-flowing or self-flowing.

Pendulum cup made of stainless steel V2A (1.4301) with extra-long, closed handle. The sample cup has no openings or undercuts up to an immersion depth of approx. 500 mm. Detectable SteriPlast® spatulas, made of blue polystyrene, are produced and assembled in our class 7 clean room (10,000), individually packaged for disposable use and then sterilised by gamma rays. As a result of the long, ergonomically-shaped, stable handle and a sharp blade, it is possible to even penetrate directly into containers such as paper or plastic sacks. Detectable spatula are ideal for sampling powders, granulates and pastes. These scoops, spatulas, spoons and scrapers are not only coloured blue but also have a special additive in the material that makes them visible to metal detectors or X rays. These products can therefore be rejected with standard systems for checking for foreign objects, even though they are made of plastic.

The all-layer drill is a special zone collector specifically designed for heavily compacted substances. Often it is very difficult or impossible with conventional zone collectors to penetrate media of this type and take a sample extending through all layers. By contrast, the drilling blades of the all-layer drill burrow easily and quickly to the required depth without expending any great force. This makes it easy to take samples of media, even those with high density, and every type of highly compacted powders and granulates. The all-layer drill thus allows you to take a representative sample through all the layers, even with greatly compressed media.It is ideal for larger containers, mixed containers, big bags, etc. in the building materials, chemical, pharmaceutical, food and luxury items industries.

Quality assurance starts with the inspection of incoming goods! An all-layer sample of bulk goods is no longer a problem with PowderProof®, the sampler for powders and granules. If bulk goods are transported over long distances (in trucks, railway goods wagons), separation may occur. Taking the sample just from the surface therefore leads to the wrong result. Representative samples from all layers of the silo can be taken with the SiloDrill. The SiloDrill fits through all standard openings with its diameter of 90 mm.

PharmaSpoon for taking samples of powdery substances, intermediate products and material in the pharmaceutical industry. Special materials with excellent surface qualities must be used for this to prevent cross-contamination. Our PharmaSpoon fulfils these requirements. Made of stainless steel AISI 316L (1.4404), surface highly polished by hand (not electro-polished!). The excellent surface properties of the PharmaSpoon provide significant advantages.
