High temperature heater for pest control and drying processes Our high temperature electric heater model KILL MANN is an equipment designed and manufactured for pest control and drying processes where hot air at high temperature is required. The electric heater can be placed inside or outside the space that we want to disinsect or dry. The hot air will be directed towards the room repairing the heat evenly in all the corners where the insects can be found. Heat sensitive material should be removed from the room as the temperatures reached can damage them. The insects will die at a temperature of 48 °C for 150 minutes but if we increase the temperature to 55 °C for 60 minutes it will cause the elimination of the pest in all its stages (egg, larva, chrysalis, fully developed insect) by destroying the proteins from the body, a decisive factor in successfully eliminating the pest.

An operating column is different for every application, which is why we invested a lot of energy in the design of our SmartLine modular column. The SmartLine operating column consists of anodised corner profiles and aluminium painted side panels. Because an operating column helps determine the look of your service, we offer you the option of personalising your column. The front panel of the operating column is custom-made with specific cut-outs for the installation of your components (displays, readers, scanners, printers, payment terminals, etc.).

The StrongLine operating pillars are aluminum (3 mm thick) welded columns, standard powder coated anthracite (RAL 7016), have a sturdy base plate. The StrongLine pillar is availlable in heights from 1.2 and 1.5 meters for vehicles, 1.8 meters for pedestrians and 2.4 meters for trucks. These operating pillar can be equipped with 1 or more cutouts for mounting hardware modules and feature a door on the backside for accessibility of the components.

We designed terminals in two form factors with custom displays and special camera modules and made moulds for them. The device is powered by Mediatek MT6765 processor (8 CortexA53 cores) and Android 8.1 operating system. Development was completed in a very short time span of three months. And in the course of the year, we released a second, improved version of the device, the platform of which allows the production of even small runs. We Implemented a project for the serial production of finished products housing moulding, PCBA manufacture, assembly, firmware and testing of finished devices.
