We are looking for colleagues in the industry and manufacturing companies from gear construction. We offer our contract work for series production and project-related orders. ZWP is one of Germany’s largest independent contract manufacturers for transmission parts and mechanical engineering. Summary of our production: Internal toothed rings Gears Toothed couplings Shaft pinions ... Other types of production on request. We manufacture according to customer drawings. ZWP has it´s own hardening facility. This saves time and costs in the manufacturing process. Unpredictable delivery times with rising transport costs and long processing times in container ports make production in Europe attractive again. "Made in Europe" instead of "Made for..." We speak fluent English.

The shoring frames TG 60 are made of steel tube of higher strength and are stiffened with 2 small diagonal braces. To transfer tensile forces, every frame is secured by hinged pins, locking pins or bolts to each other. In this way the towers can be assembled on the ground and placed by a crane. The shoring frames TG 60 are designed symmetrically – because of that you don’t have to care about the direction of the diagonal braces.

GASS is a further development of the commercially available aluminium shoring systems. With a maximum safe working load of up to 140 kN per leg, this is the aluminium shoring system with the greatest load-carrying capacity.

For civil engineering use, for bracing and supporting canal walls, acc. to DIN 4124 with test label TBG-4P 32. To combine the spindle with tubes of different length, the ring can be opened by special tool.

The Zwick analog shore hardness tester is a testing device with a pointer. Due to its pointer, this tester can be used to measure value that is shown after the test in hard-to-access locations. Also, it can work in tests such as soft rubber, elastometers and natural rubber to Shore A. For tough materials, these includes harder elastomers, plastics and rigid thermoplastics to Shore D. This tool can work with either material that has different hardness rating coming from shore A up to Shore D. Plus, this test device have load weight and control unit which can be easily accessible.

The Shore A, D, B, C, D0, 0, 00, 000 electronic hardness tester is ideally used for applications that are concerned with determining the hardness rating of plastics ans rubber. This unit operates in accordance to the standards set by the ISO 7619-1, ASTM D 2240, ISO 868, NFT 51109 and BS 903 Part A26. The testing procedure, however, deems that a 35 mm plane parallel contact surface and a 6 mm material thickness necessary for the procedure.
