Titanium Gr.9, also known as Ti-3Al-2.5V alloy, is used in a wide range of tubular products from aircraft ducting to golf club shafts and bicycle frames. Titanium Gr.9 is much stronger than commercially pure titanium Gr.1 or Gr.2 because of its mechanical properties. This grade also has excellent corrosion resistance, formability and weldability.
