The AIS500 has been designed to do automated inspection in a wide variety of industry for component from small to middle size. Thanks to the bar code scanners on both ends, the AIS500 will recognize the component and start the inspection without any action from the end user, automting completely the process. Multipurpose real time system x-ray solution Standard & automatic real time system developed by Balteau. The AIS229 has been designed to do series inspection in a wide variety of industry. Composed of a shielded cabinet, 5 axis manipulator, x-ray generator and tubehead from 160kV to 450kV, a flat panel & much more, the AIS229 is most certainly one of the most multipurpose RTR system available on the market. Equipped with the latest version of the Inspection suite, it will facilitate and accelerate the everyday inspection jobs allowing to record motions and to automate the inspection. The operator will also be able to process the image with the IPS012 Image Processing Software.

The AIS912 has been created with the aim to automate the inspection of composite material with honeycomb structure and as a result to accelerate the inspection process. Thanks to its 9 motorized axes and with the different software developed by our engineers, the AIS912 allows the records of different motions the operator needs in order to radiography the whole sample with only one action. Every picture is then saved on a server database and can be processed by our Image processing system IPS012.

Flat panels are a combination of electronic and Silicon technologies which gives a direct conversion media for displaying Radiographic Images instead of using films. Flat panels are basically a two dimension array of detectors which sensitivity is 10 to 100 times greater than conventional films. This helps in reducing exposure time but also gives an extended range of thicknesses with the same use of energy.
