Flow control valves regulate the flow or pressure of a fluid. Control valves normally respond to signals generated by independent devices such as flow meters or temperature gauges. Alpeco stock a range of Perrett hydrovalves and is the UK distributor for OCV Control Valves, who are leaders in control valves, check valves and pressure relief valves. We are also UK distributors for Liquid Control flow meters. Our range of tank truck equipment includes all the kit you need for your tanker. Alpeco can supply complete road tanker packages or one off petroleum tanker parts and valves. We carry a large stock from bottom loading adaptors to top loading faucets.

We understand that fuel distributors need safe, fast and reliable methods of loading their road tankers. That’s why Alpeco’s range of bottom loading skids and depot tanker loading systems have been selected by many leading fuel distribution companies. Cost-Effective With over 32 standard build options to choose from, our cost-effective fuel loading skids can be configured with 1 to 4 loading arms, pumps and meters offering loading rates between 900 and 2200 LPM. Assembled and Tested in the UK With each skid being fully assembled and tested in our Aylesbury workshop, onsite installation is reduced significantly, requiring simply securing the unit to a concrete base, pipe work connection between the skid and storage tanks and 3 phase electrical connections. We can have a loading skid installed and operational within 3 to 4 days, reducing both time and on-site engineering costs.

Regular and Adhoc Fuel Calibration & Servicing It is recommended to have tanker meters calibrated on a yearly basis to ensure that they continue to give the correct measure. Alpeco is able to offer this service on a ‘when required’ basis, or a tailored yearly service contract is available, which also includes a thorough service to all Alpeco derived equipment on the customer’s installation. Alpeco is then able to seal the equipment for public use. All Alpeco reference meters follow the same stringent guidelines as applied to all Trading Standards instruments to ensure the utmost accuracy.
