Apior, an artisan manufacturer of honey-flavoured confectionery and baked goods, was founded in Orleans in 1996 and its name derives from a combination of 'api'culture and 'Or'leans.The retail store was set up in response to requests from visitors. In it you will find a wide selection of our confectionery and baked goods made with lavender honey, created the traditional way using machines that are over 50 years old.
