EL PAL

EL LOAD is an automated packing station for bulk products or packs. The products (cups, bottles and packs) can be: - Grouped, referenced and picked up when stationary - Synchronized / timed and picked-up in continuous movement (following the conveyor) Open boxes or boxes with flaps can be: - Loaded when stopped after referencing - Loaded in continuous movement (following the conveyor) EL LOAD is totally designed to be interfaced with any SYNERLINK machines.

EL WRAP is a continuous overwrapper for single cups or packs. This robot can be adapted to suit the desired packs: wrap-around cartons, economy or “drop-through” cartons and can be adapted to any pack size (1x2, 1x4, 2x2, 2x4, 4x4…). The format can be change quickly without the need for special tools. The machine speed can reach 360 packs/minute. EL WRAP is totally designed to be interfaced with any SYNERLINK machines.

EL SLEEVE is a sleeving machine from the bottom-up. The continuous sleeving technology ensures repeatability for positioning of the sleeve graphic in relation to the lid graphic without turning the cups. This ultra-compact machine can sleeve cups at a speed of 43,200 cups per hour. EL SLEEVE is a flexible sleeving machine adaptable to any cup format on any FS or FFS line. Format change is fast and easy. Changing format does not mean necessarily changing tools.

EL MERGE is an automated merger tool. The products (single cups and packs) are either picked-up when stationary or dynamically grouped and picked-up without stopping. This equipment allows transfer of several tracks to one or more tracks. The stacks might be packed according to product heights.
