ARP Series - High-pressure plunger pump

The pumps of the 3 series deliver operating pressures up to 250 bar and volumetric flow rates of up to 400 l/min and are the preferred choice in channel and tube cleaning applications.The seal system of this plunger pump is very easy to maintain due to fewer wearing parts. The ceramic plungers used are highly resistant to acid and alkaline liquids.

The highpressure pumps of the 2series with operating pressures up to 750 bar and volumetric flow rates up to around 230 l/min are ideal for cleaning pipes and tube bundles, containers and containers.The seal system of this plunger pump is very easy to maintain due to fewer wearing parts. The ceramic plungers used are highly resistant to acid and alkaline liquids. The 2series impresses with a good price/performance ratio due to long service lives – even in rough everyday work.

With operating pressures of up to 1,000 bar, the Yseries pumps are ideally suited to a wide variety of cleaning work, e.g. in the chemical industry, oil and gas industries as well as in the area of ship cleaning. Due to the small size and low weight, they can be easily installed in unit with very small base frames.

The highpressure pumps of the Z series deliver operating pressures up to 1,500 bar. With a high number of pressure and nominal flow rate combinations, the pumps are preferably used in industrial cleaning, paint stripping and also in descaling.For pumps with an operating pressure of more than 1,000 bar, hard metal plungers are used, which are particularly stable in order to guarantee a long service life and thus low maintenance costs.
