In 2017, as a natural progression and step forward in growth for Authentic Recruitment, the company was acquired by the Diverse Employment group. Founded in 2010, Diverse Employment was the vision of Lindsay Macpherson, Managing Director. Diverse Employment provides predominately temporary recruitment solutions across multiple industry sectors and have two offices in Scunthorpe and Hull. The acquisition strengthened the recruitment services offered and number of sector specialisms presented as a group, whilst has provided an opportunity to see Authentic Recruitment grow its own offerings whilst retaining its identity and core values. Lindsay set out in 2010 to create a very different approach to recruitment agency services, and so the whole group adheres to strict values set out by Lindsay - focusing on the needs and requirements of the employee, and to maintain at all times the highest possible level of service to our clients; the employers.
