Hydraulic Oil ISO 100 is good quality, top achievement hydraulic oil developed to accommodated the appeal for environmentally acceptable hydraulic fluids. This product is based on synthetic, readily biodegradable esters. A high-performance, carefully selected additive package gives good anti-wear and extreme pressure properties as well as good thermal stability and corrosion protection. Inherently strong oxidation resistance anticipate gumming and drop accumulation at top temperatures. Because of the high natural VI of the base fluid and low pour point, the viscosity temperature behavior allows for a very wide operating temperature range. Hydraulic oils are meticulously crafted from premium mineral oils known for their high viscosity index and low pour point characteristics. These oils are engineered to deliver extended trouble-free service life and maintain chemical stability even in the harshest operational conditions. They provide exceptional protection against corrosion, resist emulsification, and effectively prevent the formation of undesirable stable foam. The ongoing trend towards higher hydraulic system pressures necessitates enhanced performance and allows for reductions in the size of pumps and equipment. Simultaneously, these hardworking hydraulic oils are tasked with lubricating, sealing, and cooling the working components amidst rising temperatures, increased turbulence, and heightened pressures. Given that pressures often surpass 7 MPa (1000 psi) and to prevent the occurrence of heavy pump wear, these oils are fortified with anti-wear additives to ensure efficient air release and performance.

The damping fluid used by LEBENDämpfungstechnik GmbH is used with different consistency under the name COMPENSOL®. Each damping medium can be chosen to meet the requirements. We provide the ideal hydraulic oil (socalled medium) for use in temperaturecontrolled indoor areas up to extreme high temperatures or low temperatures. For special applications, e.g. at temperatures above +80° C or below 40° C, we use a pastelike dispersion as damping medium. This medium solidifies at rest to an apparently solid mass and only becomes flowable under the action of force. When the load ends, it returns to its apparently solid original state. This dispersion has the following properties chemically a colloidal solid dispersion physically a nonNewtonian pseudo plastic Bingham fluid with viscous properties It is a paste or better a coagulation structure and deforms plastically under mechanical stress.
