Structured optics are produced using turning, milling and planing Technology.. Under thermally controlled conditions we can realize structure depths in the submicrometer range with accuracies also in the submicrometer range. Different types: Microlenses, Grids, Fresnel- optics.

UP milled parts are components that due to their geometric shape can only be produced with 4- or 5-axis machines with high-frequency spindle. The MM machines, developed by LT Ultra, make it possible to produce the parts economically and quickly.

Pyramidal mirrors, Ellipsoids, Masters, Toroids of all types, Roof mirrors, Conical mirrors, Bifocal paraboloidal mirrors, Waxicons / axicons, Stepped mirrors, Chopper blades, Scraper mirrors, Cylindrical mirrors. Other special shapes are available on special order.

Raster-scanning polygons: We manufacture polygons having arbitrary pyramidal angles. We can also machine varying pyramidal angles on individual polygons.
