Description
The perfect machine to quickly and automatically return the winding material remaining on the spools to the recycling process. The spools do not suffer any damage and can therefore be used over a long period of time. The BLACK variant of the LUMIMAX® Area Lights have a light area, which is diffuse black when the light is switched off and therefore it can be used as a low-reflection background. The special coating of the diffusor absorbs a large part of the incident light. Hotspots, e. g. from single LEDs of a ring light (reflected light), are not visible in the camera image. If the lights are switched on, they offer the usual homogeneous, diffuse, but still very bright lighting. Therefore, these lights are ideally suited for complex Machine Vision applications that require a combination of reflected light and backlight within a single checking station.

LUMIMAX® LED Dark Field Illumination is favorably used for testing and checking surfaces, because of their radial flat incident light. Through the high-contrast resolution and the intensive shadow formation of the LED Dark Field Illumination, defects and surface outlines appear as bright areas on a dark background. As Dark Field Lights work with pretty short working distances due to the very flat light rays, a fully closed Ring Light might not be possible. LED Dark Field Illumination is available for continuous or flash operation.

LUMIMAX® LED Dome Lights are characterized by their diffuse light and the dome shaped reflector. The LED Dome Light hits the test object from all directions. This attribute allows a completely shadowless lighting. LED Dome Lights work at a small operating distance.
