Description
Many customers ask us what ROPP is and the simple answer is Roll On Pilfer Proof closure. Simply put it is an unthreaded aluminum shell that is placed on and pressed down onto the bottle neck while thread forming wheels spin around the shell and press against it to conform to the existing threads of the bottle and locking ring. In many respects a ROPP capper resembles a chuck capper although since it is not torquing a cap there is no clutch mechanism required. ROPP capping machines are available as a single head to multiple head high speed rotary systems. The big advantage of a ROPP capper machine is that it is sealing the product at the same time it is providing tamper evident security. The big disadvantage is that it is expensive to run more than one size cap. The neck and threads of the bottle must also be hard enough to withstand the pressure required to form threads such as glass or hard plastic. NPACK spindle capping machine is suitable for spindle screw caps, locked caps, and spray caps and so on. The caps can be metal , plastic. Features We adopt the mode of ‘one motor controls one capping wheel’, which can ensure the machine to work stably and keep consistent torque under long term working condition. The clamping belts can be adjusted separately, which allow the machine to be suitable for capping bottles with various heights and shapes. If you choose the optional cap guiding system together with the machine, it will then also fit for pump caps. The convenient construction adjustment system is equipped with precise ruler and counter. The inline single head capper including 3 main parts, the servo capping head, the machine frame box and control system. for this capper is designed for OEM and low capacity need, so we considered more flexiable of the capper working and operation, meanwhile the cost is acceptable for most of the users. For not OEM factory, then can equip with an automatic cap feeding system to match the capper to reach full automatic working, and if you have many types of caps, so the cap feeder are not recommended.

Npack built two types of pick and place capping machine, one is the linear types and another is rotary intermittent bottle capper. No matter which types, it containes two main parts, one is the automatic pick cap device, and another one is the capping station. the rotary one, bottle working on a star wheels, for different size of bottle need changeover the star wheel, the changeover no tools required, takes less than 5 mins, we adapt flexiable slot, just take off the wheels than replace another new one. The linear type is more flexiable, no need any changeover parts except the capping heads, speed is more efficient than the rotary one. small vial less 100ml rotory one is more suitable, linear type is mostly application for daily checmicals, Food industry. Both of the two pick capper driven by servo motor, torque is adjustable. PLC control and also emotion controller for option for a high speed non stop working.
