Steel frames are part of our production for maritime industry companies and others industries. Metal frames and housings are used in the systems of ballast water treatment plants. We manufacture frame of stainless, aluminum or black steel. All frames are manufactured in accordance with the international standards and customers’ requirements.

We have been specializing in constructions for marine and other products used in the marine sector for years. We manufacture of Flotation Units. The pruduct made from stainless steel and constituted waste water treatment systems.

In 2015 a team of researchers at Base Group accepted the task of creating unique production technology for aluminium heat exchangers for generator circuit breaker, also called coolers. In the course of research and conducted tests we succeeded in defining the production process which met strict Clients’ needs. Our products fulfil high expectations of upmarket Clients, which is confirmed with 100% quality control of produced heat exchangers. To guarantee the top quality of every single item produced by Base Group we perform helium tests in vacuum at the level of 1×10˄-6 bar × cm3/s and pressure tests (more than 62 bars). The results obtained by us are more credible than similar solutions offered by French or Italian producers.

We manufacturing a telescope for marine industry, according to our customers’ projects. A telescope were made of stainless steel. We manufacture high quality steel constructions for marine in accordance with the international standards: ISO 3834-2, EN 1090-2 and EN 1090-3, Offshore Standard DNV-OS-C401 and ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2004.

We made a reactor for our client (offshore industry). The construction was made of stainless steel. The reactor uses technology based on ballast water. The reactor purifies of water from algae or bacteria by pressure reduction.

We manufacture elements for rail vehicles. The production process is based on the PN EN 15085 standard. Thanks to constant control, rail welded elements comply in 100% with our customers’ project requirements.

Base Group specializes in manufacturing of metal constructions for various industries. Our main competency is manual and automated welding of steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Quality of metal constructions’ manufacturing is assured by complying with widely recognised international standards for welding processes – ISO 3834-2.
