Infrared Heaters - Highly efficient infrared-technology. Economical heating, exactly on point, with Schultze Infrared-heaters. Specially designed halogen heating elements emit short-wave infrared and provide instantly noticeable comfort heat, similar to the sun. Heating people directly without the need to build up and maintain a body of warm air is economical and flexible as well, especially for applications like outdoors, with high ceilings or huge spaces. The field of application includes for example work-shops, sport-facilities, pub gardens, patios, but also industrial or commercial appliances like drying paint or heating machinery. The HA-series are IP22 rated for indoor use and provide the most economic means of heating intermittently used buildings. The case includes M6 holes for optional suspension.

In order to meet the demands for robustness and efficient heat output, we have embroidered the heating element on a glass mesh fabric carrier material. Between the meandering arrangement of the heating strands, we integrate a recess for the temperature switch in the CAD layout. In addition, a second wire is laid concurrently as a PTC thermistor for the electrical connection of the safety switch. After the technical embroidery process, the safety switch is inserted and connected by our company’s respective department. Each prefabricated element is tested for functionality and performance in the final inspection and is delivered to the customer after passing the test. As a semi-finished product, the infrared heating element on glass mesh fabric can be further processed by the customer, e.g. in connection with silicone, rubber or epoxy resin.

ESSDTMCS90 Filter Drier Series are hermetic Filter Drier in compacted solid core for use on liquid line. ESSDTMCS90 Series are designed for use with CO2 (R-744) with 90 bar applications in “Transcritical Zone”. Moisture removal formula, is prepared as %100 Molecular Sieve targeting maximum moisture removal and acid formation prevention. ESSDTMCS90 Series are compatible with POE oils and additives. Properties: – ESSDTMCS90 Series have solder type connection, – Extremely high water adsorption capacity compared to others brands, – High acid preventation capacity, – Ability to filtration of unwanted particals more then size of 20 microns by the grade filtration, – High crush and abrasion strength even after full capacity, – Working temperature is between -40 °C, +80 °C, – Maximum working pressure is 90 bars, – Minimum flow resistance.
