Since 1850 we have been transforming bergamot from our own plantations and those of associated producers to guarantee a high level of quality. The essential oil is cold extracted by the cold pressing and centrifugation of the peel and fruit. The purity and quality of essences are certified by the experimental centre experimental for citrus fruit essence and by-product industries (Stazione Sperimentale per le Industrie delle Essenze e Derivati daglie Agrumi - SSEA) in Reggio Calabria.
